When the heat was still with us I whipped up a quick skirt for Audrey. She had been asking for one for a few months now and I finally got around to fulfilling her wish. Boy, was she a happy girl! I found the design over at oliver + s. It's such a simple yet delightful pattern.
Although it was meant for the lazy days of summer I think it will transition to the fall quite nicely. All it needs is a pair of great leggings and some tip toppy boots.

Makin' Moopy
I've had the worst kind of craft itch lately and I was able to scratch at it by making this little Moopy:
It's a chenille Moopy for my littlest niece. I think the colors will match her room perfectly. It was fun to make and super easy although I have to say that turning the pattern out is always the most frustrating for me. I got through it with very few swear words having to pass my lips.
You can purchase the pattern at Nest Studio. Check out Nest Studio's blog, Moopy & Me. It's inspiration times 100.
