Springtime is definitely a time where I re-awaken from crafty inactivity. I have many projects in my head and I can only keep my fingers crossed that they grow into something real. Right now I'm enjoying spring and all the cool stuff you can make. Since Easter is right around the corner I knit two little Easter Bunnies for the kids. Meet Bunny 1 and Bunny 2.
The adorable FREE (yes, FREE!) can be found at Little Cotton Rabbits. *Thank you, Ann, for sharing such a wonderful link* Check out all of the other free patterns too. There are some cutecute egg pattern as well.
In other crafty corners, Audrey and I made some God's Eyes. I was inspired by an awesome tutorial via
Coiled. It was fun to search for our branches and sticks upon which to house our Eyes. And I love the mythology behind God's Eyes and what it symbolizes. I think I like them because it would be nice to have "the power to see and understand all things unknown" (definition found at Wikipedia). It was a great day of weaving and chatting for us girls.
